Project Challenges

  • The primary challenge is accurately recreating architectural documentation from legacy drawings that may contain incomplete, outdated, or inconsistent information. Careful interpretation, validation, and coordination are required to develop a complete and accurate set of construction drawings while maintaining consistency across all plans, elevations, sections, and details.

  • Additional challenges include incorporating ongoing design revisions, maintaining drafting standards across multiple retail locations, and producing coordinated permit and construction documentation within project schedules. Ensuring drawing accuracy, consistency, and efficient revision management is essential to support successful project delivery and future retail chain rollouts.
