Architectural CAD Drafting

The project involves developing a complete set of Architectural CAD drawings from scratch using legacy drawings, scanned documents, PDFs, and available reference information. The scope includes recreating and standardizing architectural plans while ensuring consistency with current drafting standards and client requirements.

Scope of Work

Review and interpretation of legacy drawings and available reference documents.
Creation of Architectural CAD drawings from scratch in AutoCAD.
Preparation of Floor Plans, Site Plans, Roof Plans, Exterior Elevations, Building Sections, and Architectural Details.
Development of Door, Window, Room, and Finish Schedules.
Updating drawings based on client comments, RFIs, and design revisions.
Standardization of drawing templates, layers, annotations, and sheet layouts.
Preparation of permit-ready and construction documentation in accordance with applicable project standards.
