- Project Overview
This project involved the development of a coordinated LOD 300 BIM model for the Four Points by Sheraton hotel project. The scope included Architectural and Structural modeling delivered within a fast-track schedule.
- Challenges & Resolution
During the modeling process, discrepancies were identified between wall partition details, floor plans, sectional
details, and ceiling plans. These issues were promptly communicated to the client, who later provided revised
drawings for coordination.
Despite a temporary 2–3 day pause due to revisions, the team successfully completed the project within the
original delivery timeline.
