We are looking for an experienced and technically strong BIM Engineer / BIM Coordinator with expertise in ACS BIM Modelling,
Coordination, and Construction Drawing production. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit,
Navisworks, and Scan-to-BIM workflows, along with the ability to deliver coordinated BIM models for international projects.

The candidate will be responsible for BIM production, model coordination, clash detection, detailed documentation,
and supporting multidisciplinary project delivery teams.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers, BIM leads, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality BIM models.
• Create, maintain, and enhance BIM content libraries as per client standards.
• Review and validate BIM object data and parameters for accuracy and consistency.
• Support coordination meetings and contribute to resolving project issues.
• Identify risks, technical challenges, and quality concerns proactively.

Additional Responsibilities

• Review BIM execution plans and project requirements.
• Integrate and manage multidisciplinary BIM models.
• Support design development and project collaboration workflows.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience with BIM technologies and workflows.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and digital engineering tools.
• US/UK project experience is mandatory.
• Strong planning, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Experience in multidisciplinary coordination and issue resolution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
• Dynamo or Grasshopper experience is an advantage.
