Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection modeling with Level of Development (LOD) 350
requirements. The objective was to deliver a fully coordinated BIM model with clash-free routing,
construction-ready coordination, and efficient interdisciplinary collaboration while maintaining project
timelines and quality standards.

During the coordination process, multiple clashes were identified between HVAC duct routing, structural
beam layouts, and ceiling coordination zones. Additional coordination issues were detected between
plumbing risers and electrical containment systems within restricted shaft areas. Our BIM coordination
team conducted detailed clash analysis using Navisworks and coordinated closely with Architectural,
Structural, and MEP stakeholders to resolve conflicts efficiently.
